Doppelganger

My friend was helping me take a new picture for my MySpace page. When I uploaded the picture to my computer, I noticed my doppelganger in the background. I'd been seeing something strange following me lately, but I never had actual proof of it until now. I don't think he wants me to put it online. I just saw something dark moving out of the corner of my eye. He's right behind me now. There's a cold hand on my neck right now. I'm going to cut this message short so I can make sure you get it. Please... help....
