Jake's Ghost

A friend of mine came to visit one night, and we decided to take a few pictures. I know that the ghost directly behind Cheryl likes to be called "Jake." But the one near the ceiling is strange, to say the least. If the picture is turned upside down, you can see what resembles a woman without a head. The oddest thing is that a few days before the picture was taken, a woman was in a go-cart accident and beheaded. Coincidence?
