King-Fish

I took this picture around May 5th, 2003 early in the morning around 6:45 while I was getting my children ready for school. This part of my window is about 7 ft. off the ground. I did not notice this in my picture until I started to enlarge it. I noticed what looked like a crown on a head and what looks like some kind of plate with something in it. Then I noticed what looks like a fish at the bottom. When I enlarged this photo I noticed the closer I got to the crown, a face started to appear. The face had a nose, what looks like glasses on and something covering his mouth - or it could be a beard. It really looks like a crown on his head. You can even outline the body of him. So what or who do you think this might be?
