The Sun reports that Adele hired a former female driver to be her bodyguard in her new home 24/7. She's reported to have told a friend, "I'm not rattling around here on my own. It gives me the creeps." Adele allegedly hired the bodyguard after "hearing things that made her jump"...

Historic and haunted inn for sale in Granville
A piece of Central Ohio history is now up for sale. The asking price for Granville's historic Buxton Inn... A mere $3.9 million. Orville Orr and his wife Audrey have owned the 200 year old building for the past 40 years. Orr tells ABC 6/Fox 28 reporter Maria Durant they bought the building because they did not want it to be torn down to make way for a parking lot. Little did the couple know the Inn was haunted...

Chupacabras strikes in Michoacán, Mexico
Michoacán's Diario ABC reported the strange deaths of 35 sheep in the town of Parácuaro. The incident occurred in the early morning hours of 1 March 2012. The bodies presented claw and tooth injuries; the majority of the injuries were under the neck, as if sliced by a razor. The person who looked after the sheep pens stated that he saw the entity that attacked the animals: it had fangs, claws and wings, and moved very quickly...

Bownessie: the mysterious water monster of Bowness
Sightings of a creature not dissimilar to the Loch Ness Monster have caused a stir in the normally quiet waters of the Lake District.
