2009 Halloween Costume Contest

Happy Halloween! Readers were asked to submit their photos of themselves or friends in their paranormal-themed Halloween costumes. And the winner is ... The Phantom Flasher from Chris Brown! Our distinguished panel of judges (my wife, sister-in-law and I) chose Chris's entry for its originality, execution and downright Halloween scariness. So congratulations to Chris.
