I love how the members look for natural causes for the phenomena they are investigating. A bit of skepticism is necessary to do a good investigation. Yet each member has had real paranormal encounters that have brought them into the field for research.
They are able to keep humor integrated into the program to help with the tension and are not afraid to go to what ever lengths they need to, to get the investigation performed to help the people calling them for help.
They each are smart, not only intellectually but also with common sense and do not allow their emotions to take over their investigations.
It is not that they do not get taken off guard or even scared, but they do not allow those to rule their investigations.
How could this show be better?
Burn out can happen after a while; keep their minds open and fresh. Know that ghosts and paranormal are everywhere, just not in certain places.
