Very interesting story. There is a book called Don't Call Them Ghosts: The Spirit Children of Fontaine Manse- A True Story by Kathleen McConnell that I have read that is similar to your story. The woman's child became friends with the spirit children of the house and how hard it was for her to leave them when they moved.
