OBE experience

What I Did:

I had a dream that I was standing over my body watching myself sleep I saw my mom in my dream trying to wake me she yelled several times for my name and her voice sounded distant. After she called me about 7 times I awoke and it felt so real. I'm not sure if it was an obe so was it?

How I Did It:

I have no idea how I did it but it happened and it felt so real. Also when I awoke I remembered it right away as if I lived it. I remember I faced my teliviosion and I was standing infront of my mirror watching myself sleep on the right side of my body.

Lessons Learned

* I'm just trying to learn more about this. It's interesting.
