- I found an interesting "object" in Google Mars. Search for "Bonneville Crater" and enter the panorama, be sure to orient facing NW before clicking the panorama, and the object will be straight across. Looks metallic and is NOT from the Spirit rover from which this panorama was taken. It cannot be seen from satellite view, only in the panorama. - Jim

- I do graphics as a hobbie and to my eye it seems pretty obvious that the object has been pasted in. Any body can see the difference in pixelzation.In fact I could have done a better job myself. How I can't say. Maybe trickster a google.

- I truly have always felt or believed there is life out there besides us. It may be a man-made structure that the Russians put there or we put there and this guy just happened to run upon it in Google. It does not surprise me at all.

- It looks very similar if not the same as the so called Area 51 site here on earth. It does look like a man/human made structure and find it hard to believe it is actualy on mars, but perhaps here on Earth. NASA-Google glitch.

Structure on Mars
- Do you think the government would actually allow Google to show every dork with a computer some classified structure on Mars? It's nothing. It's either something natural, or a glitch in Google Mars. Google Earth glitches all the time and shows things that aren't really there. Personally, since it's so close to the north pole, I believe it's nothing more than a long strip of ice.

i've been expecting this
- i've been expecting this, or something similar for many years. it looks like a genuine structure, and it really looks like some sort of gas or liquid storage unit. definitely nothing like a village house that could be a rock ie a natural formation. this could really change things in a very significant way for those who think we're alone.
