Green Ectoplasm... or Something

"A few days before Halloween," writes Wendy, "my daughter had a party at school. She dressed up as a vampire and had a little friend take her picture in class with the disposable camera I gave her. It's a little grainy (no flash used), but as you can see, something wild showed up! I don't know how this green swirly streak showed up, or what it is, but it's the coolest thing we've ever had happen to us!"
