Thunderbird in the Everglades

"Several years ago, I believe in 2005-2006, I saw a huge bird just west of the northern side of Dade County in south Florida," says Don. "I was as far back into the Everglades as you could drive. It was in the afternoon at a job site of a rock quarry. It was on a weekend and I was working there by myself. I saw in the distance coming toward me a small plane or a glider...."
