Bigfoot Howls: Compilation of recordings

By July 28, 2012

Follow me on:

Bigfoot faceEven though Bigfoot, or Sasquatch, has never been captured, has its voice been recorded? Here is a fairly comprehensive compilation of audio recordings that are possibly of Bigfoot cries, yelps, howls, and knocks on trees. Without seeing the creature(s) that are actually making these noises, of course, we cannot definitively attribute their sources. But they are all very eerie!

Go listen!

We have a farm northwest of Little Rock Arkansas, it is a rural mountainous area. One afternoon a couple of years ago I was on the computer and my 2 dogs and 2 cats were in the room with me just lazing around. I heard a whoop whoop sound just like some of those on the tape coming from the mountain across the road. I wish I could have recorded them because they were very clear and lasted for at least a couple of minutes. It panicked all the animals.

I think the fact that these same sounds have been heard all over the country and so far no one has identified them means that there is definitely some unknown species out there. I would think with so many people armed with cameras these days we will have some real proof soon of what it is.

Patricia,
If you haven’t been to the BFRO website, give it a look. While I’m not a big fan of Matt Moneymakers , he does have the best site as far as I’m concerned dedicated to only Bigfoot..Stan Courtney’s site is VERY good as well, and he contributes to BFRO. I have my encounter listed on there, its the only one from Forest County, Wis. Also I would strongly encourage you to make a report through their web site…They will do a phone interview if you give them premission and they NEVER post your name or email. The more information we can get, the better chance we have of collecting more evidence and further studies…No one from that organization would ever harm a creature. And they would rather go check out something to either validate or document it than recieve no info at all…one or two reports won’t help much but when you add them to the hundreds they already have …it makes a HUGE impact…thanks Tim

May be something is going on in the US but in Australia similar sounds are quite common in the south east mainland and west coast of Tasmania. All are nocturnal birds and even though they make some ungodly noises no one takes any notice. Having just had Tawny Frogmouths (Podargus Stigoides) move in, they make one of the most peculiar sounds on the planet having a somewhat haunting exact repetition.
