"Shortly after my father died, I was overseeing renovations to my childhood home," reports Dee. "One night, a pal and I went to the house to check on the progress. I told my friend that I would be out in a few minutes while he waited outside. As I walked through the dark living room, I heard a voice that sounded like my recently deceased father whispering, 'Get out! Get out now!'

"At the same time, I saw a flash of light and I immediately left. The next day I learned that a transient had been sleeping in the house. A neighbor said she saw him leave the house about an hour after I did. I believe that really was my dad warning me."
