"We're going home"
This voice was recorded on my daughter's answer phone. A couple of weeks later, she left a message on my answer phone with the same voice. Scared her to death! Can you explain it? After six seconds, there's a voice that seems to say, "We're going home." – Big Dave H.
"Harry, you can check...Thelma"
I have received several EVPs from my Mom who passed away on Nov 30, 2001. She passed away in a nursing home and there were questions because I had spoken with her that night. She was in excellent health, but had a problem with a nurse that was stealing items from her room. It's not uncommon for things to happen to patients in this situation. There are horror stories about these activities. I told my cousin that I wanted to check on this. Here's one of three messages I received from Mom. My name is Harry and her name is Thelma. The message says: "Harry, you can check... Thelma." And when played in reverse, it saye, "Quick, check the IV (intravenous) – Harry D. Flagle

"Please talk to us"
A little over a week ago we did an investigation in a very old and secluded rural cemetery near Omaha. The investigation did not yield much evidence with the exception of a few fairly decent "orb" photos. (Not the dust or lens refraction type.) In addition to that we got several things on audio, two of which I would easily consider to be class B EVPs. This one has been verified by our group; the other we will send after we've finished verifying it. Aside from standard noise reduction in Adobe Audition, this file has not been amplified or modified in any way. After one of my investigators asks if "there is anyone who wants to talk to us tonight?" there is an EVP that replies, "Please talk to us."

"Boo-hoo, Baptist."
My website is MrHaunted.com. Here is one EVP I got while investigating a haunted a home. To me it sounds like "Boo-hoo, Baptist." What do you think?
"Can you hear that?" "What's going on?" "I got you"
I head up the team at Australian Paranormal Investigations and we have been focusing our interests on EVP as of late. This particular building [an old courthouse] produces the clearest, most startling EVP I have ever captured in my 15 years experience. I have attached one in particular that was captured as another team of researchers were attempting contact with a spirit present in the room. You will hear the researchers speaking, then the only male in the room (along with one female) state the word, "Why" after which you will hear very clearly a "Can you hear that?" then a very prominent "What's goin on?" You will then hear us talking again, but over the top of our voices we have also captured some whispering which appears to be "I got you" in succession four or five times. Our team consistently videos our recording sessions so we are able to identify any strange noises or voices. These voices were, of course, not heard during the session and were not spoken by anyone in the room at the time. The "What's goin on?" was also picked up on the audio portion of our infrared video recording. EVP, as well as our other photographs can be accessed at our site at www.shghosthunts.com by clicking on EVP.

"Hi"
I got a surprise when I went to listen to my answering machine for my messages. My daughter had called, and while she was leaving her message there was a sound that covered my daughter's voice for a second and then a voice said, "Hi." Is the ghost with her or me?
