Shadow of a Murderer

My daughter and I have experienced a "shadow person." It was about 6:30 - 7:00 p.m. when my husband came home from work. He was a restaurant manager. His clothing was black shoes black pants and that night he had on a black coat. He went outside to walk the dog around the block. My three-year-old daughter and I sat down on the front steps of the house as he walked away with the dog. Looking from the house, my husband walked to the right. As my daughter and I sat facing the house, we were making small talk as only a three-year-old can. I saw out of the corner of my eye someone standing next to the house. I did not think anything of it as he was dressed like my husband. My daughter said, "Daddy." I looked at the figure standing there and he looked over at us. My daughter and I got up and started walking toward him. I am still thinking that it was my husband. We started walking as did the figure. Then he just disappeared. My mind did not want to believe what I had just experienced. Just as the figure disappeared, my husband came walking up behind me.

Some may say that this is an over-active imagination. I will tell those people that they can go take a log walk off a short pier. My daughter and I both saw it at the same time. It is not an overactive imagination if more then one person saw it.

To top it all off... I was in the checkout line at the store one day. I was making small talk with the elderly man behind me; the line was not moving. Some way or another, where I lived became the topic of our conversation. (I lived in a small town in Texas.) I mentioned that I lived on main street in the little house next to the flower shop. His eyes lit up. He said did you hear about what happened in that house? I told him I had no clue what he was talking about. He then proceeded to tell me about a murder that happened there in the late '80s. He told me that if I didn't believe him I could go to the court house, and that is what I did. I looked at the criminal records. It took me about an hour but I found a record that showed a murder taking place in my home in 1986.

This to me explained what my daughter and I saw.
