Observer Shadow People
by Isaac Sanchez
I am so thankful for your site and that I happened to stumble across it. My family and I have had multiple experiences with shadow people and I figured that while I had the time, I'd like to share one of many events that have happened to me regarding this subject.
Growing up, my parents were divorced, and while my father lived far away from us, I would remember stories he would tell my uncles of "observers" he would see in his home at night and sometimes during the day. He describes them as tall, black personages that would appear to him in doorways and corners of his room. For months shortly after the divorce, he would be visited by these entities. It terrified him terribly. It wasn't until one particular afternoon that he was leaving for work that he said he was outside getting into his truck when he looked back toward the front door of his home and saw another figure standing near the doorway. The difference, though, was this time he saw it outside in broad daylight!
My dad claims that although he could not make out any facial features, that he and this entity locked vision and, terrified as he was, he asked vocally, "What do you want?" After a few seconds of watching this personage hover in front of him, my dad claims in his head he heard a male voice say, "We are not here to hurt you. We are only here to observe." The terror my dad says filled him whenever these things would appear was suddenly replaced by a sense of calm and curiosity, like two intelligent beings of a "different species" would have meeting each other for the first time.
The turbulent times my father endured after my parent's divorce were riddled with experiences resembling this one. The term "observers" was coined in a journal he began writing to document such experiences with these shadow people. Although I was only six at the time, this is one of the earliest family memories I can remember hearing about related to this subject. Little did I know, my early teenage years and life as a young adult would bring me closer to these beings than I could ever imagine -- and that this was merely the beginning.
