Strange Things All Around

I was about 10 years old and my dad and step-mom moved into a two-story house that was just beautiful and admired by all the neighbors. The truth was there was something not very welcoming about the house. I loved that house, but it always gave me an uneasy feeling and the same with my dad so whenever I would go over for the weekend I never wanted to stay in my room because it just spooked me out. I decided to go to my bed one night and it took me forever to just fall asleep and as I did I was suddenly awakened by a figure that was standing at the foot of my bed. It was an old man standing there looking at me like he was mad that I was there and all I could do was stand there in horror.

The second time was I was walking up the doorway to the front door and you can see the staircase because it is right in front of the entry way and all of a sudden I saw a figure of a man running down so fast and just disappear into thin air. Finally I told my dad about it. He believed pretty much every word and then told me about his experience with another that was different. He was in bed one night and just woke up and saw a black spirit, not a figure, just something that wasn't really human and it had bright white eyes floating right by him and he was in shock. I know they weren't good spirits because my dad died suddenly. They were evil.

About two months after my father died, my sister was sleeping in her room and woke up to a bright light and saw the figure of my dad standing right by her. She knew it was him because she said he had his clothes on that he was buried in. He had his hand out and was looking at her so serious. I still don't understand that and why he never came to me because my sister is only my half sister and that wasn't her dad. I was an only child to my father. I still have strange things going on around me and every where I go or move its like something is following me and bad things happen to me in my house and it scares me. I don't know if i will ever know.
