Little Boy Blue Glow

I rented a trailer from a man who claimed to be a preacher, but for some reason he did not tell me that a man had died on the very couch that came with the trailer. That very couch bore the blood stains of that man, but the cushions had been turned over to keep anyone from seeing them. The water was clear, but when you would wash your hands or take a shower it would leave a black oily residue on your hand and body. Snakes were very bad at this particular trailer, but not at the others that was no more than 8-9 feet away. Late one morning, around 2-4 a.m. I awoke with an eerie feeling of being watched. I arose up and looked down my hallway from my bed and saw a light blue sphere surrounded by white hovering midway the hallway. It came forward about three feet went back around two feet and then went up through the ceiling. I had seen this for two nights in a row. Then a week later I awoke with the same feeling of being watched. When I looked down my hallway, I saw a small boy sitting in the floor of the living room playing quietly. He had the same blue glow about him as the sphere did. He looked at me and smiled then vanished. I had never seen him again. I have long since moved from this trailer, but I have had odd experiences at a lot of my rented homes ever since.
