Bugsy's Ghost?

In early August 2007, my husband and I were staying at the Flamingo Hotel. We had been over at Bally's gambling and my hubby wasn't ready to leave, so I walked back to the Flamingo about midnight. We were staying on the 123rd floor, which was undergoing renovations on half of the floor. I got off the elevator and to my right, I noticed a man in a very nice suit and Panama hat. His leg was bent as if his foot was resting on a footstool. He appeared to be looking out a window that wasn't there. He seemed oblivious to me, so I quickly turned left and entered a hallway to my right, which took me to my room.
I know he was a ghost because he was kind of transparent, but I could tell he was a man in a suit with a hat on. I figured this was pretty strange as we were in what I believed to be a newer part of the hotel. Who knows who he was or what he was waiting for. I don't know what Bugsy Siegel looked like, but since then I've heard that his ghost has been seen in certain areas of the hotel. I was frightened at first, but later I just felt kind of sad for him. I have no idea why.
