Many Ghosts

A few strange things have happened in the home my family lived in for 10 years out in the countryside of coastal South Carolina. One night, my older sister woke up in the middle of the night to see a man dressed up in what looked like a Civil War uniform, holding a baby. She sat up and waved her arms through the image, which faded away.
My younger sister was in my room one night when she saw a green ball of light fly across the room. She refused to go in that room or sleep with the light off anywhere in the house after that event.
One night, we had a pizza delivered to our home. When the pizza guy got to our door, he was shaking and white as a ghost. He said that on the way over, he had seen a white, glowing figure in a nearby field.
The strangest event happened after we moved across the street to a new home. My older sister and I decided to stay in the old place for a few weeks while everyone else stayed in the new place. On the first night we stayed there by ourselves, we went to bed around 11 p.m. Our rooms were across from each other, and in between was a bathroom that we just used for storage -- and it was filled to the point that it could only be opened about six inches. Both of us slept with our doors closed, and I became aware as I was drifting off to sleep that a door opened nearby. I heard heavy footsteps and remember just thinking that my sister was up to go to the bathroom. After another moment, I heard the door again, and then silence. About 30 seconds later, my sister called me on my cell phone from her room and asked me if I had just gotten up. I said no, that I thought it was her. We searched the house and found nothing, but were so scared that we never stayed there again.
All these things seem unrelated, but who knows?
