All I can say is... Wow! The level of great costumes has really been raised this year. They are clever, inventive, funny, scary, even sexy -- and many of them very well made from scratch. Overall, an amazing effort this year.
There can only be one winner, however, and it was a very difficult choice indeed.
The winner this year is: Ghost of Michael Jackson from Bill Freitag. It is at once clever, funny, and very well thought out and put together. Congratulations, Bill!
