I don't know the law in Iowa, but in Louisiana citizens have the right to use violence against those whose trespass on their property. Now I'm not saying you should shoot him. . . but you should probably shoot him, or at least go Chuck Norris on that dude. I've been reading up on this phenomenon and there's much debate about it. If you were able to incapacitate a BEK and find out a little more information about it, you might be able to answer everyone's questions. Honestly I have no idea why no one has tried it before, maybe its some effect they have or maybe they just don't appear to violent people. And if you are too uncomfortable with violence, at least tell the police next time you call them, to catch the f**king kid next time they come. It's strange that they didn't before, considering it's kind of protocol when you're a cop to chase people that run away from you. But if you aren't making this up and want to stop this shit, I recommend option number one.
